The implementation of Medicare Part D represented the biggest change to America’s health care system in 40 years. “My Medicare Matters,” a community based, one-on-one education initiative, sponsored by National Council on Aging and supported by AstraZeneca was determined to reach seniors where they lived with information and assistance. When the program needed a powerful grassroots partner in the Miami area to deliver the program and manage media outreach.
