Dear Fellow Employees,
It is with great excitement that I address you through the first of our new quarterly newsletters, ASM Flyer. Every three months we will reach out to let you know about new service enhancements, corporate accomplishments, community contributions and most important, the economic impact our company has on the markets we serve, especially, Miami-Dade, our corporate and family home.
The last three years have been very exciting for all of us at ASM. We are thrilled to have added 350 positions at MIA during the first 3 months of 2004. In total ASM has added 1,100 jobs in Miami over the past three years. We're committed to continue that growth in Miami.
We have also grown outside of our home town, expanding our network of services to St. Louis, Los Angeles, Washington Reagan, Washington Dulles and John F. Kennedy in New York. Since January of this year we added 325 positions at JFK for American Airlines, 35 positions at Dulles, for United Airlines and 50 at St. Louis for our new client Frontier Airlines.
It is through the commitment and dedication of our people that we are able to provide the levels of service that have made this growth possible. We look forward to many more years of growth and service to the communities that we serve.
Sincerely,

Joseph C. Lorenzo
President

| ASM employees took to the streets of Miami on April 3rd as part of Walk America 2004. They walked to help the March of Dimes fight a national crisis — premature birth. Today, 1 in 8 babies is born prematurely. Many die; others face lifelong disability. The money ASM helped raised will support March of Dimes research and programs to find answers to what causes premature birth and what can be done to prevent it. |

These two Passenger Service Agents at MIA spearheaded a fundraising campaign to support ASM’s participants in the March of Dimes walk. Together they also organized an “International Food Festival” that showcased foods from South America, Central America and the Caribbean. The Festival was also an opportunity for ASM and other airport employees to support this great cause. This was truly a “Good News” story for both ASM and the “March of Dimes”.
