Florian brings a very hot trend in Spain, the "arrocerias" (the rice dish specialists) to South Florida. Don Quixote features six types of Paellas/rice dishes in addition to Florian’s other creations such as his filet mignon a la crema flambé with brandy, pine nuts and raisins, a mangrove snapper in sea salt and El Chuleton, a three pound rib eye steak prepared table-side on a stone that’s been heated in an oven at 500 degrees. |
